What is the difference between the monthly plan and the one-time build?
The monthly plan is a twelve-month contract billed monthly. It bundles the build, hosting, domain, plugin licenses, ongoing maintenance and the AI client panel. We run everything. The one-time build is a single payment for the project. You own it outright, licenses included, but hosting and domain stay on your own accounts, and maintenance is a separate subscription.
Do I have to learn or use any AI tools myself?
No. AI is part of how we build internally. It is what lets us move faster and charge less, but you never touch it. The client panel gives you AI help for everyday content changes, and it is designed so nothing you do there can break the site.
What does maintenance cover?
Core, theme and plugin updates, daily backups, uptime and security monitoring, malware scanning, bug fixes and small content changes, plus access to the client panel. It is included on every monthly plan and available as an add-on subscription for one-time builds.
Can I move my site if I leave?
Yes. The site is yours. After the initial twelve-month term we help migrate it to your own hosting and domain. There is no lock-in beyond the first year.
How fast can you deliver?
It depends on scope, but our AI-accelerated pipeline typically gets a standard business site live in days rather than weeks. We give you a firm timeline in the brief before we start.
My site is infected. Can you help urgently?
Yes. We clean infected sites, remove the malware and any backdoors, harden the install against re-infection, and can set up ongoing monitoring so it does not happen again.
